We are in the van. Aidan asks me to roll down a window. I said the side windows don't roll down, are you hot? He replies, "yes." I said okay, and reached to turn down the heater. Then Aidan says, "Not like sexy hot, but regular hot."

Miss Missy and Aiden!... Carson and I were so excited to see your comment and that you have a blog to follow. WE love it are and are so blessed with a fantastic year in school for Carson... He adores Kinder... and he has a male teacher who is awesome! He is constantly telling us that Carson is learning faster than most because of his two years of preschool.... You guys did an amazing job!

The camera I use is a Nikon D40x. It's an SLR camera, which is more like a professional digital camera than a point and shoot digital camera. I love it and it has been well worth the money. You really can't go wrong with a Canon or Nikon. Several of my friends use the Canon Rebel and love it as well. The shutter speeds on the SLRs are much better than the point and shoot, but even those are getting to be really good. I'm lucky in that my brother-in-law and sister-in-law are both professional sports photographers and my brother-in-law works for Canon, so I've got great resources. Let me know if you have specific questions or are trying to choose between a couple of them. I'd be happy to get their recommendations.
